Purpose of processing

LOGISPOINT, S.L. will process the information provided by Users in each section of the website for the following purposes:

  • CONTACT: The data will be processed for the purpose of responding to queries and sending the requested information.
  • NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION: The data will be processed for the purpose of sending newsletters and current news that may be of interest to Users.
  • WORK WITH US: We will process the data provided to assess the suitability of users for the various positions and consider their inclusion in the corresponding selection processes.
  • SENDING COMMERCIAL INFORMATION: LOGISPOINT, S.L. will request the explicit consent of users in addition to sending advertising communications related to products marketed by the company.

Data retention criteria

LOGISPOINT, S.L. will retain the data for as long as there is a legitimate interest and as long as the data subject does not object to the processing of the data.

Legitimacy for data processing

The processing of User data by LOGISPOINT, S.L. will be legitimised by the consent explicitly given.

Communication of data

The data provided by Users may be transferred to the Security Forces and/or other Public Administrations with jurisdiction in this area.

User rights

Any User has the right to obtain information about whether LOGISPOINT, S.L. is processing personal data concerning them and, if so, to exercise their right of access to the personal data and the following information:

Users may also request the restriction of the processing of the data subjects' data, in which case it will only be kept by LOGISPOINT, S.L. for the exercise or defence of claims.
LOGISPOINT, S.L. will cease to process your data whenever you object to such processing, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.

Finally, in exercising their right to data portability, Users may receive the personal data they have provided to LOGISPOINT, S.L. in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as request that it be transferred to another data controller.

Additionally, the User may request information at any time regarding the exercise of their rights before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, Users expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to respond to their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto.

The CONTROLLER informs and guarantees that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the User. If all data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR and Article 4 of the LOPD, by which they are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
